The Transition
The transition from At The Lagoon Family Restuarant to Black Sheep Bistro was a reflection of our vision as the new owners. We wanted to bring in our own personality and create a space that truly reflects who we are, while also honoring the beloved dishes that regulars have come to enjoy. Our goal is to maintain a balance—keeping the comfort of familiar flavours, but adding some new, special dishes that bring our personal touch to the table.
By rebranding to Black Sheep Bistro, we embrace the idea of being different and creating a place where everyone feels welcome. It’s not just about a new name, but about creating a fresh, inviting atmosphere while staying true to the heart of what made the restaurant special to its loyal customers.
